- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had the pleasure of working with Dale Gainey for some time now. This review is being written as a recommendation particularly about the way he treats people. I can only say good things about this gentleman. Mr. Gainey is attentive, caring, willing to listen and very knowledgeable about insurance needs and I give him 2 thumbs up. I wish he was open on the weekends which can be a setback for me since I work every morning to evening on weekdays but i can't blame him for that. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give a zero I would..... I had a house fire in 2015 and called his office to see what I needed to do... no had to leave a message... and no one ever called me back... I have the hardest time getting to talk to Dale Gainey or Ralph Martin... and the office personnel can not answer any questions either... I am still dealing with insurance issues from this house fire... and calling the main office is a waste of time...transferred to so many different people... I am fed up...
